Helping You Explore Beyond Success

Executive and personal coaching for founders, senior leaders and professionals for whom conventional success no longer feels like enough. A place to think properly about who you've become, what matters now, and what you want to do about it, at work and beyond it.

The people I work with have usually built something: a business, a career, a reputation. Many have begun to notice that it no longer answers the questions that matter most to them, and those questions are rarely confined to work. They tend to concern how a life has been shaped around the job, what has been put to one side, how relationships and time are being spent, and what kind of person all of it is making. There is seldom a crisis. More often there is a persistent sense that something has shifted, and a wish to understand it before making the next decision.

My Story

My journey into coaching began at a time when I had taken a few knocks, both personally and professionally. I investigated therapy, which I found cathartic, but ultimately not what I really needed. I value achievement and so needed something focused on the future, a goal to aim for and an understanding of how to get there. I didn’t just want to understand where I had come from; I needed to work out where I wanted to go next, and how I could move forwards.

That experience led me to become a qualified and accredited coach, driven by a desire to offer others the kind of support I had wish I’d had myself throughout my adult life.

At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: success means little if it comes at the expense of fulfilment, purpose or authenticity. I’ve always been fascinated by people, by what drives them, what holds them back and what ultimately helps them flourish.

Throughout my career in education and in building my own businesses, I found myself drawn to the conversations that went beyond performance and outcomes. Whether leading in the workplace, developing teams or creating something from the ground up, the most meaningful moments were always the ones where people began to see themselves more clearly and think differently about what was possible.

That curiosity eventually led me to coaching, where those kinds of conversations are at the centre of everything I do.

In Their Words

“His empathy and understanding created a safe space where I felt truly heard. Together, we identified my goals and values, created a clear vision, and developed practical steps to move forward, with Piers holding me accountable throughout. I now feel positive, motivated and in control, and friends have commented on my newfound clarity and sense of purpose.”

— Charlotte, Head of Learning and Development

“I've been working with Piers during a pivotal stage in my career as I transitioned from teaching to running my business full time. He has been instrumental in helping me navigate challenges such as imposter syndrome and self-doubt with practical strategies and reassurance. What I value most is his patient and kind approach, combined with his ability to adapt to my personality. Our sessions have given me strategies to grow my business while helping me think more broadly about my life and relationships.”

— Elliott, Director

“Working with Piers has been a truly transformative experience. Over the past few months, he has helped me gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and build the confidence to take action. His guidance has been both compassionate and practical, giving me the space to recognise how far I've come while helping me focus on what lies ahead. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by the future, I now feel equipped to face it with confidence.”

— Michele, Director

How We Begin

The first step is a free introductory conversation. It is a confidential space to talk openly about what feels unclear, what is shifting, and what you might want from the next stage of your life or work. It is also a chance for both of us to see whether working together feels right.

If it does, we agree an approach that suits you. Sessions start from £180 for 60 minutes, or £240 for 90 minutes when a longer conversation suits the work, and they take place in person or online. Most people meet every two weeks over about six months, which allows time to think, to try things, and to come back to them. Many clients choose to continue beyond their first six months.

For something more contained, such as a particular decision, we can agree a short piece of work of three sessions for £540.
